1-Nom banh chok
If you like a good and full breakfast, then this dish is for you. It features noodles, fish-based green curry made from lemongrass, turmeric root and kaffir lime. It’s served with fresh mint leaves, bean sprouts, green beans, banana flower, cucumbers and various green leaves which are all topped on the noodles made from rice.
You can sample one of the most popular foods in Cambodia by taking this dish. Cambodians have continued using the handcrafted techniques and the food is presented in a banana leaf or just an ordinary looking bowl. Kroeung which is the curry paste is the main ingredient which is used together with Galangal, lemongrass, shallots, garlic, turmeric, and chillies.

3-Khmer Red Curry
Taste the goodness of Cambodia food with this dish. The sauce is made from coconut ilk. Beef, chicken and/or fish, eggplant, green beans, potatoes, lemon grass and kroeung are all used to prepare this meal. To make a complete meal is served with bread.
This is a grilled squid which is prepared through barbecue. Wire grills are placed on top of either the wood or you can use coals to prepare the squid. It is served with other food including some green vegetables. The pepper and lime are mixed with it to make the meal.

This is a fried crab used with kampot pepper and garlic. It brings that unique flavor to the meal and is a common meal to the locals.

10-Samlor Machu Trey
This soup has three tastes which are sweet, bitter and just spicy. They serve it with white fish, celery, garlic, lemon grass , tamarind, bean sprouts, pineapple.
